    Bilberry (Vaccinium myrtillus) fruit, Equiv.to Bilberry fruit fresh 10000mg (10g), Lutein +Zeaxanthin oil 24mg, D-alpha-tocopherol 1000 IU/g 5mg, Vitamin A Palmitate 250000 IU/g 2mg

    Dosage:

    Adults take 1 capsule per day or as directed by your health care professional.

    Caution: Contains soya bean products and sulphites.

    Warning: If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take Vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist; when taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, Vitamin A can cause birth defects. The recommended daily amount of Vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms of retinol equivalent for women and 900 micrograms of retinol equivalent for men.
