    Poliglusam 500mg, Psyllium Husk 57mg, Spirulina 20mg

    Directions

    Dosage

    • For weight loss, take 2 capsules twice a day 20 minutes before meal
    • For maximum fat loss, take 4 capsules twice a day, 20 minutes before meal

    Drink plenty of water for maximum effectiveness. Use in conjunction with a healthy, energy controlled diet and exercise program.
